13th June 2012 First impression was good, helpful and very informative. However when we went back to buy other instruments, we found the lady working there very unhelpful and annoying. Very bad customer service!! Even the way she talked to us was very rude and we even felt discriminated because we are not kiwis????? Dont want to recommend this shop especially when this lady is working.
