I had the pleasure of receieving an hour long massage from Fleur today.
It was a professional delight from start to finish.
Her rooms are clean, well organised and decorated with homely warmth and fresh colours. The rooms are located on a quiet street, and their soothing ambience is enhanced by relaxing music.
Physically I was very comfortable because the room was well heated (important on these foggy bleak winter mornings ) and the massage table was modern and comfortable, with enough towels to keep me modest and warm.
Before we started Fleur helpfully explained to me what areas she would be massaging and in what order. This gave us the opportunity to discuss what I was comfortable with , and I appreciated knowing what to expect because it helped me relax into the process.
Her technique was heavenly, with flowing movements and a gentle but firm with just enough pressure to be pleasantly therapeutic. It is obvious that she is experienced and well organised (with oils hot towels at hand ) because the different stages of the massage transitioned seamlessly,
The back massage where most of my knotty bits were, just seemed to go on and on,and it felt like incredible value for money. At the end of the back massage she put a warm wet towel on my back , which as well as being deliciously comforting had the practical advantage of removing the excess oil.
This and the discreet way she held up a towel while I rolled over to my front, were very professional and much appreciated touches.
Fleur is a warm welcoming person , who is a great listener and easy conversationalist.
She matched my conversation needs perfectly, chatting easily in response to my comments and questions , but also able to be quiet when I wanted to enjoy the physical sensations without the distraction of conversation.
To sum up Fleur is incredible value, because she gives a top notch massage in comfortable surroundings at very reasonable prices.
