We're committed to providing you with hassle-free, high quality service whenever you're away from your pets, and can tailor our service to meet your needs.

We visit your home either once or twice a day at a similar time each day so your pet knows when we are coming.
As you provide the food your pets diet does not change when your not home to feed it, providing less stress for your pet.
We will give your pet a cuddle if they would like providing necessary human contact to help ease the stress of your absence.

Costs & areas covered

PetPalz currently operate in the Wellington area only!
We charge you per visit to your home that includes the feeding of your pets, the cuddles, mail collection, pot plants and the walk around security check.
There is an additional surcharge for the outside suburbs including Miramar, Strathmore, Titahi Bay, Plimmerton and Whitby.

We ask you to supply the food so your pet's diet remains the same - but we're flexible if this isn't convenient.

The PetPalz operates 365 days a year, with no additional charges for feeding on public holidays - including Christmas and New Years day.
