Rotorua Intermediate asked Sandra to train 35 staff. Wow what an experience. She was proficient, thorough and competent. She made our training fun and kept the day really lite. She offered encouragement to staff members who struggled with some of the procedures. The best part of the course for me was the fact that it was so interactive. Top marks for Sandra.
