The DeBrett experience is like no other in New Zealand.

Located in the heart of Auckland's CBD, Hotel DeBrett links two unique precincts - High Street's hip fashion and Shortland Street's tailored commerce.

Hotel DeBrett's iconic building has been stylishly reinterpreted into a 25-room boutique hotel. Every room is individually designed and complimented with eclectic furniture, New Zealand art and photography. As owners we have tried to create a warm and welcoming environment with careful attention to detail and personal service.

Each room has its own distinctive style and mood. All feature our bespoke carpet, designed by Michelle Deery, hand woven from 100% New Zealand wool, it is a dominant feature throughout the rooms, and invites you to kick off your shoes and let your feet sink in.

All bathrooms feature black penny round mosaic tiles which reference the original art deco honeycomb mosaics, and are complemented by the polished black granite floors, warmed by underfloor heating.

Hotel DeBrett is the winner of the NZ Institute(TM)s Heritage and Conservation Architectural award.
