9th March 2010 I've known Les for quite a few years now, when he told me of his companies expanded fields I offered him a challenge.
A challenge which he took up without hesitation.
I received a company technician (Les as it turned out) on my doorstep here in Auckland city just 3 days after issuing my challenge.
PC Blokes challenge? to fix 2 Desktop computers, and 3 laptops, all needed upgrading, systems restored and programmes made to work efficiently. On top of all that they all needed to be networked and made to operate with remote printers and other usb devices.
This was done over the course of a weekend, just two full days of computer upheaval and system restoration, anti virus loads and many other things all happening at once.
It's been 5 weeks since The PC Bloke's challenge was issued and I can report that all systems are go and nothing has stopped working or exhibited any signs of doing so.
I am extremely happy with the service I received, remember The PC Bloke is based in Wellington City and I and all my computers are here in Auckland.
