It was professional from start to finish. Our installer JD advised us on all the options when he came to service our old alarm at our new house. There was no hard sell and we were accomodated on the same day with a complete replacement for our dilapidated alarm in our new house. Our system is great, a non brainer to use and its nice to know its all backed up by a reputable company for servicing etc.
