We have enjoyed every single stay in the Copthorne. With amazing views, friendly staff and great facilities, this is probably one of the best hotels in town. The rooms are fairly priced, so that we can easily afford it on our family's budget.
There's never been, in our experience, an issue that the staff hasn't been able to resolve promptly and without difficulty (not that we've had many to report anyway).
The buffet breakfast is a nice morning treat, with everything to suit every taste. Again, the restaurant staff is both friendly and helpful.
We look forward to our next stay.
