Russian food at its best. Genuine products, genuine people. Recommend highly!
1st November 2016 Bought a jar of Russian version of sauerkraut in this shop - the product was revolting: stinking as if half-rotten, it was mashy (ironically, while the label was saying that it was supposed to be "crispy") and quite unpleasant to taste. Brought it back to the shop for a refund; unexpectedly, the shop manager was so argumentative and rude, accusing me of not knowing what I was talking about and blatantly calling the half-decayed mashy stuff in the jar "nice and crispy". This was my first and last time at that shop. Not recommend it to anyone at all.

4th March 2012 I would not recommend this shop to anyone. First impression of the customer care and goods are quite good. However a close look reveals that many products are expired and if you incidental buy a product which is expired or of a bad quality you will not be able to return it and will be told that you are wrong and no refund will be given. I used to buy products at that shop until I tried to return the product (Russian dumplings) which were so salty that it was impossible to eat. I tied to return it and was told to piss of because the owner of this shop can eat it and likes this product. So it's really up to you if you want to end up with a situation like that.
