16th July 2010 You can order almost any combination of fried chicken and soup, or fried chicken and soup with noodles, or fried chicken with rice - satay or spicy or plain.
CBD workers have always known about this. I've always passed it on my way to the neighbouring BBQ King (roast duck with rice!). To enter, you go down a steep but wide staircase and go under street level. Then you'll be face to face with a wall menu, with photos and prices of each dish. Beside each photo, there is a small paper stub - which you get and bring to the counter.
The complete name is Kiwi Country Fried Chicken and Noodles - so I recommend ordering that. Vegetarian options available.

13th July 2010 A real gem in Auckland's CBD. Addictive roast pork, spicy chicken and a huge range of other healthy, quick and very tasty chinese / malaysian inspired meals. Perfect for a quick lunch if you're working in the CBD.
