The large 34 sqm The View Room with king-size bed looks out to the beach, the Garden Room has a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The three other rooms are each fitted with two single beds. The entertainment and living area features a large 52 digital LCD TV, a billiard table, a piano and a bar. It faces the waterfront with access to the sundeck. Furthermore there is a secluded back yard area with sauna and spa-pool. Enjoy the manicured garden, take the water-cycles (pedal-boats) or windsurf board to Browns Island and enjoy the exceptional quality of accommodation. Your hosts can also take you on a sailing trip to the Hauraki Gulf.
