20th January 2014 Simon Speight is a fantastic podiatrist and did a great job fixing up a particularly horrible ingrown toenail problem I'd had for over a year. Totally professional and a very nice man to boot. He and his receptionist Sashi make you feel totally at home and make what could be an unpleasant clinical process a completely stress-free experience. Would highly recommend Speights to anyone looking for a quick, professional solution.
8th December 2014 Probably the most unprofessional and rude service i have ever recieved. I would not recommend to anyone - in fact would actively recommend against. From looking online i see a number of other poor reviews and see why the website has all these so called "fantastic" reviews to cover up. The Orthotics i recieved were over priced, poorly fitted and he did not seem to care about making sure they fitted me.

22nd January 2014 after making an appointment with simon to help with severe achilles pain, i was really excited. then i tried to get a quote from him for winz. all i needed was a piece of paper, saying how much it would cost. he could tell me this exactly over the phone, but was completely unwilling to let me come in to get one before my winz appointment. he told me that i could get the same level of help from a $25 pair of insoles sold at any pharmacy, then that winz clients "weren't his client base anyway" and he didn't want to get into a "paper war" with them. despite my reassurance that once i got a single quote from him he would have nothing more to do with winz, he promptly dropped it in his too hard basket and was incredibly rude and dismissive. i would not have expected this kind of attitude from a teenager, let alone a medical professional. when i said to cancel my appointment as i would find a different podiatrist he responded with, "yes, you should." in one phone call i felt belittled and unworthy of treatment. i have never had an experience like it.

27th July 2008 Used Speights Podiatry in January 2004 to have new orthotics made, after my previous podiatrist's Queen St business had closed down. Immediately was taken aback when he criticised my prior podiatrist, who i had found very professional and helpful, as "mentally not very sound". Very unprofessional comment to make to a patient you had only just met. Worse came one year later, when i tried to re-order my orthotics from overseas - what they sent me was completely wrong! Didn't resemble the original at all... I wondered if they had kept my record on file at all - didn't stop them charging full price though. Quite unsatisfactory. Didn't bother to contact him, the whole experience was unprofessional.
