We feel safe secure our possessions are in an alarmed unit. The staff are friendly nice to talk to. Quite possibly the best Storage King in Auckland.

21st July 2013 Storage King Henderson is a great storage facility. The minute I walked in I was impressed. The office was nice and the staff were friendly and professional. When I was pricing around for a storage facility to rent, SKH had the best prices that met my budget and needs (thanks to a special they had going on). It's a large indoor and covered storage facility with ventilation system. There are literally 100's of units in this place. I would rate this as one of the more secure storage facilities I have come across because of the individually alarmed units. Very quick and easy sign-up. Large loading dock for trucks, and easy elevator access for upstairs units. The place is kept very clean. Staff is always present and very friendly and helpful. Just a note on the Storage King TRAILER - it's "FREE" of charge when moving in!!! Overall - Great Facility, Great Location, Fantastic Staff and Competitive Rates...HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

8th July 2013 I was very disappointed when I got to this facility only to find there was a sign on the door saying "Back in 15 minutes". When I arrived there was already two other groups of people standing outside the office waiting for the staff to return. A lady was waiting to buy boxes, a family of three and me. After about 20 minutes the boxes lady left and the family started wondering through the place looking at other people's vehicles, boats, etc. Everyone eventually left and I was the last to leave. I went up the road to Mini Storage and got myself a unit there which included a $50 discount. I'm happy this place was shut and would not recommend to others.

12th July 2013 We are sorry you had a bad experience – on the odd occasion we have had to leave the office unattended for +-15 minutes (all storage units are individually alarmed), and we apologise that you were inconvenienced when you recently visited the facility.
