Hemptech is a boutique wholesale fabric company dedicated to supplying beautiful top quality natural and sustainable fabrics to the soft furnishing and interior design industry.
Our Hemp & Linen fabric ranges are designed in house. Unique prints created by local artists are our specialty. Woven by nature our fabrics rich natural textures and colours compliment modern or traditional interiors.
Hemptech designs innovative high quality natural fabrics, from light weight Belgium linen curtain designs to richly textured hemp upholstery suitable for loose or fixed covers.
Our main showroom is in Eden Terrace, Auckland, where you are welcome to browse through our fabrics. Samples are also held by most high street soft furnishing stores or interior designers; we are also represented in Christchurch at Design Resource.
Our ranges of Hemp and Linen curtain fabrics, manufactured in Europe combine the unique qualities of both these beautiful fibres creating wonderful rich and interesting textures.
Hemptech fabrics and yarns are dyed with fade resistance vat dyes, its for reasons such as this that Hemptech has been selected as a brand partner by Air New Zealand for the supply of fabrics to their updated Koru Club lounges worldwide.
Hemp is an environmentally friendly fibre with a beautiful sheen, extremely strong and robust; its hollow fibres provide natural thermal insulating qualities.

Our interior designer recommended Hemptech's Karo Ebony Spinifex designer prints for the curtains in our lounge and dining room. The results are absolutely stunning; these natural fabrics are great and the use of New Zealand designers – fantastic.
