We are an Investor owned company established in the early 1990's by a large group of New Zealand motor industry people in order to service the vehicle certification needs of shareholders and the wider trade.

In the late 1990's VINZ was appointed as a TSDA (Transport Service Delivery Agent) by the NZTA (New Zealand Transport Agency). This effectively made VINZ a contracted agent of NZTA, responsible for the supply of transaction and vehicle certification services to the New Zealand motoring trade and public.

These services include:

* Warrant of Fitness
* Motor Vehicle Registration
* Motor Vehicle relicensing
* Road User Charges
* Driver Licensing
* Vehicle Emissions Testing
* Vehicle Appraisals

VINZ delivers all services to the market via a national chain of Vehicle Testing Stations, and Partnership Operations.
