Rutland House is a very spacious two-bedroom duplex located five minutes from the centre of Christchurch in Papanui/Merivale. Situated on a quiet street, handy to shops, buses and parks it is ideal for families of up to four people and is available for periods of one month or longer.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom comfortably accommodates two single beds. There is a separate shower and a bath (perfect for small children). The living areas are roomy and flow easily through French doors to a fully-fenced courtyard garden. There is internal access through a single car garage with remote control opening.
All furnishings are supplied including: bedroom and bathroom linen, kitchen appliances (microwave, oven, refrigerator/freezer) utensils, dinnerware, two televisions, electric heaters, a VCR and stereo.
