5th February 2016 Great in the beginning had warrant and service completed without a fuss, was told rear brakes needed replaced. When I went back to have the brakes fixed I was told that they had missed that the rotors were in very bad shape and the brake hoses needed replaced immediately. I explained I couldn't afford to have the $492 repairs done when I was origanally quoted around $80, they told me the rotors and brakes had to be replaced by law as he couldn't let me take it without doing them($300). That was fine when I went to collect my car mechanic explained that the brake hoses were in average condition but might as well have been replaced at the same time. Very different to the (very bad condition) I was told earlier. Finally got home to find my glovebox handle broken, when I contacted them he complety denied that this could have happened with them and made me feel stupid about my concerns. I feel as i was taken advantage of and will never deal with Waltham Mechanical again!!!

5th October 2009 IMO. The worst mechanics i have ever come accross. I went in there and dropped of my car for a quote and was told i would recieve a call in 2 hours, it never happened.. i then called 3 times a day every day for a week and still had no answers everytime being told that i would recieve a call. terrible sevice. I recommend going elsewhere!
