I rang to inquire about pricing/costs for a residential house clean, and what exactly their service entailed. The man I spoke to on the phone was very curt, bordering on rude, and did not answer any questions I had. I will certainly be taking my business elsewhere, and would not recommend Dunedin Cleaning Services Ltd. Common courtesy should not be too much to ask for.
