The only programme combining weekly expert consultations with the recipe of success: Nutrition + Movement + Motivation. Your eatfit consultant is qualified as a Nutritionist and in Exercise Science and trained in Motivation.

1. Nutrition. Your nutritionist will evaluate your current eating patterns and together you will set goals to make small but important changes. The goal is for you to attain your healthy weight without hunger while still being able to eat the foods you love. The eatfit five fundamentals can be applied across a wide range of circumstances to achieve this goal. Each week during the 8 week programme you will receive information on different topics essential to long term lifestyle change. There are no pills, potions, shakes or blood tests, this is a lifestyle change designed specifically for you.

2. Movement. Your nutritionist is also a qualified exercise consultant. They will help you structure your nutrition around exercise and make sure that the exercise you are doing is giving you the best results possible. There is no need to join a gym or buy exercise equipment your programme is designed around your lifestyle.

3. Motivation. We dont push or point we pull. Your consultant will be positive, realistic, supportive and non judgmental. You will meet with your consultant every week. During these sessions you will work on creating a positive plan and work towards it each week with expert support.
