We are easily accessed from Highway One with off-street parking and a comfortable walking distance to the City Centre for the eating place of your choice. Just walk across the road to our picturesque Botanic Gardens or be tempted to one of Timaru's pleasant walkways on our beach, wetland development, scenic reserve or Caroline Bay (Summer Carnival and swimming) with its Piazza and Rose garden. The Scenic Drive, Museum, Art Gallery, upmarket shops allow you to discover the people we were, are, and will be. Our busy Polytechnic and its influence can be seen in the employees of our industries, shops, and many café bar/restaurants closeby in City Central. Venturing outside the city South Canterbury farming can be seen with its undulating fertile paddocks that look down on the Canterbury Plains. Day trips via the hydro lakes and towns that provide access to fishing, ski fields, water skiing, hunting and tramping. Tekapo an enterprising town is a delight with its magnificent lake and mountain views, walks, and is known for its Church of the Good Shepherd for overseas weddings.

Our home provides you with a well-equipped comfortable lounge, sunroom, garden seats and you can even sit and watch the sunrise above the ocean. The Tuscany and Highland bedrooms are well appointed with warm comforts, Television and outside doors to separate patios.
