Dear Guest,
We found your comments on Finda.co.nz and we are concerned and disappointed that we could not succeed in our quest to provide you a comfortable and warm stay. We always encourage our guests to inform us anything regarding their needs, be it extra pillows, blankets, tea towels, etc.
Also the Resident Manager is available 24 hours on call on property and he can assist with any guests not adhering to late night courtesy to other guests. Definitely we could have provided you adequate assistance in controlling the guests noise and tv noise factor that you mention in your review.
The additional requests of Iron, Shampoo, Tea Towel and Heater are all mentioned in the Guest Welcome Letter by your bed. The Manager can get it to your room once informed of your request and that’s what the Welcome Letter states. Without adequate information about their requests, we find it challenging to assist our guests for their stay.
If only we would have known of your requests and the factors concerning you, we would have seen that they are straightened out right away. You stayed with us for 3 nights and did not say a word to the Duty Manager or the General Manager. This does not give us a fair chance to resolve any kind of concerns that you had during your stay.
We always strive to provide warm and comfortable stay to our patrons and we apologise that we could have provided you one too if the concerns you had were brought to our notice

21st March 2010 To call this place 'thirld world' accommodation would insult the thirld world. I can not believe in Auckland in 2010 such a squalid place existsz. I stayed here for 3 nights and families partied till 4am with young children until that hour. TVs blaring through the paper thin walls all night. My supposed 'deluxe' room had no iron, no shampoo, no tea towel, no heater. The external wooden stairs are rotten and Im amazed no condemened. Please try and stay anywhere but here
