Bartley Consultants Ltd (BCL) are an Auckland based civil engineering consultancy that specialise in pavement, surfacing and general roading projects.
These projects include the design of new roads, road widenings, seal extensions, the rehabilitation design of road pavements on Council roads and State Highways and the design of heavy duty industrial pavements.
This work is complimented by the pavement materials and performance research that we undertake for private clients and Land Transport New Zealand.
Bartley Consultants are the New Zealand agents for the CIRCLY, HIPAVE and APSDS Pavement Analysis Computer software packages and provide software support for these programs. Further information on these programs can be found on the Mincad website here.
We welcome to our team Gary Dainton and Len Nel. Their addition to the company now means that we are able to offer specialist stormwater reticulation and treatment design services to our clients.
