21st April 2009 I had a problem with their Mono 300m plastic food wrap. My first two phonecalls to their after-hours went unheeded (their phone system is a little crazy), but I was called back within 2 hours after my 3rd message by an extremely polite young lady. They promised me a replacement product. A couple of days later it was dropped of IN PERSON by a sales rep who was very interested in my issue. All in all, I am very happy with their customer service.
