I would like to bring to your atention of how disgusted and disapointed I am with the staff at Mobil.
We are regular customers at Mobil Highland Park fuel station and on Saturday 2nd of August we were on our way to put petrol in at Mobil when we suddenly ran out of petrol. My husband walked to Mobil to get fuel leaving myself and my 3 boys aged 10yrs, 3.5yrs & 2yrs in the car on the side of the road where we were obstructing traffic. However when my husband got to the station he only had $10 on him and asked the staff inside if they could assist, their comment was that my husband should go to another garage and ask for help if he did not have $20 for a container for the petrol . My husband mentioned to them that we are regular customers and have spent alot of money filling up the car with them. They still did not budge eventualy my husband walked out desperate for help and approached a fire bregade truck and asked if they could assist during this time a South African man approached him and gave him $20 dollars for the container.
I just feel sad that Mobil is an international company and this is the service that people get after being loyal with them, I would have expected more from Mobil. This is really a shame.
