Our business is located in Grey Lynn/Newton area, and our courier James has been excellent, helpful, and always gives us top service!!! Good to see a friendly face. We've had great experiences with NZC, it is our preferred courier company. Thanks!

Terrible service. I scheduled an urgent delivery with a delivery date of Friday the 10th. The package wasn't delivered on that date. Checked the Track & Trace on Monday the 13th and the item had never been scanned. I called NZ Couriers and they had no idea where it was. They ended up finding it on Tuesday the 14th and promised it would be delivered by 10am by Courier 098. It wasn't. I was then promised it would be the very next delivery on the drivers list. It wasn't. The package didn't end up arriving at 4.30pm on the 14th. Urgent delivery? Ended up taking 5 days! I won't be using New Zealand Couriers again.

Absolutely awful service. I would rather carve my own eyes out with a spoon than deal with them again. I bought an item on Monday the 24th and expected it to be delivered within 3 days. 5 days go by and no sign of it anywhere, so I ask the store for the tracking details. On Monday, the 1st, I receive the tracking number and discover that Courier 203 'attempted' delivery previously on Wednesday the 26th at 6 am (for a signature required deliver?) and had left a calling card, however no calling card had ever been discovered. I phoned the office and explained. The woman on the phone informed me that the courier would be able to redeliver my package that morning between 11 am and 12 pm. Patiently I waited and kept checking the tracking number. Nothing. The next morning, at 6.04 am I checked the tracking number again, knowing couriers absolutely love to deliver things ridiculously early and discovered to my great annoyance that apparently the courier had 'attempted' a delivery just 4 minutes earlier! I am LITERALLY right next to the front door and I heard nothing. No knocking and no sound of a van pulling up. I checked the post box and surprise surprise, a calling card had been left. Courier 203 is clearly a disgrace to his position and cares very little about his job. I called the after hours office, who told me I would have to talk to the main office about it. I followed the instructions on the card and opted to have my package delivered the following day, without a signature - else I expect I would suffer through this ordeal for even longer. Never would I receive my package it seemed. I then sent a complaint to NZ Couriers explaining the situation. Overall absolutely horrendous service.
