I was kept waiting for 45 minutes for my appointment. The doctor didn't apologise for keeping me waiting. I told her I expected an apology. She told me 'there's nothing more I can do' and then told me "I can't treat you' and walked out of her own office. I had to go home untreated, still on my crutch.
