Been using them since before they were in business for themselves (probably 6yrs at least). Always been happy and never had a bad experience. Cut my regularly, my teenage daughter fairly regularly and my teenage son when he was going through a longer hair stage and sorted my mum-in-law when she was visiting (very fine and delicate hair). Only person I've ever trusted to play with colour on my hair. Why did I first go with the stylist I use? When I watched her at a tender age cut the hair of a grey haired lady and I liked the result. No matter what life has thrown at them I've never seen anyone greeted with less than a beaming smile. Willing to chat and discuss and will be honest.
