We had a terrible experience and only moved 1 hour away ( we had less damage when we moved 8 hours with a different company!). Much of our expensive leather furniture was damaged, wood frniture heavily scratched, fridge and washing macine dented/scratched, touchwood ( expensive!) cot broken, matteress folded and damaged in two places, picture frames broken and alot went missing including a locked breifcase with VERY IMPORTANT documents. When we told LE COURIER about it, they refused to accept responsibility and said they did not believe us ( our insurance was for repair only, so there was no gain for us whatsoever, to make up something like this!!). I would definately NEVER use this company again or reccommend to anyone.
