19th July 2011 I visited The Wave Opunake Christian Fellowship some time ago. I attended the evening service right before Easter--my friend and I didn't know anyone but wanted to be in the House of the Lord at that time. We were so glad we took the initiative to attend!
We were immediately welcomed and made to feel appreciated and right at home. The worship music was simple, tender and inviting. Pastor Murray shared the Word a bit and allowed others to share what the Lord was doing in their lives, too. We were also given a few minutes to share--it was a real highlight for my trip! We stayed afterwards and chatted some more. Though we were from far away, we all knew we were brothers and sisters in Christ.
