26th August 2011 Arranged to sell my bed, got a fair price and was assured they could pick it up before 11am on the day I left because I planned to leave town at midday. No one showed up until about 1pm, I called the store but none of the salesman knew where their boss was or when he would return.
When I finally spoke to the owner he clearly did not even remember when and where he was meant to be. It was very frustrating and indicated that he really didn't care about my plans.
