22nd October 2012 I was at this restaurant over a year ago while on holiday there, I was refilling my drink when a man came over & told me that I was not allowed to do this & pointed to a sing on the drink machine which said no refills allowed, I apologised & told him that I just assumed that one free refill was allowed when the drink dispenser was on the customer side of the restaurant as it is in Hastings, Napier and just about every other McDs that I've been to. I then asked who he was & he told me he was the manager, he then pointed to the sign again & asked me "Can't you read English" He was such a rude ******* & yeah I guess I should never assume anything

1st September 2010 This restaurant has recently been revamped and looks great! Has a private room for reserving birthdays etc. Has a small indoor playground for the kiddies and looks very chic and stylish with new decor incorporating McCafe (not separating the two). Great open eating areas with tv's and music closer to the playground!
