9th May 2015 Some of the worst customer service I have come across. Had our fridge to be repaired, they had it for 6 weeks. Not a phone call during that time to inform us what was happening. We were told a couple of weeks to me that's 2-3 weeks. When I said I wasn't happy at the time and gave him a deadline of a couple of days to gt the fridge ready since he had all the parts by now, he said just come pick it up then. Saxon Appliances in town ready in ten days.
