25th November 2016 Hey.. we have moved to Wakefield and told this was a fab pub with a really good feel about it. We've gone a few times now and each time its shut. So disappointed, talked to a few of our new neighbours and they also said yeah its mostly shut than open - saying it used to be a fantastic pub, but since the manager took over she shuts if quiet, such a shame in what could be a brilliant pub especially since its the only one. We are so disappointed as we were told it was a great atmosphere.. most people i talk with say the same thing and they would go more often and the atmosphere was nice.

21st April 2016 Well I have heard this place is up and coming and is having a lot of money spent on it. We was thinking of going there tonight for dinner , so decided to look up the website/ menu online...oh dear there isn't one!
