25th February 2012 Quote was good for polishing our wood floors, so went with this business. Workmen were very pleasant and hardworking. The preparation of the floor was very good. However, the nail holes were not filled prior to varnishing and many foreign bodies have dried into the varnish. Only two coats of varnish was put on the floor and it is already showing wear and tear. The boss was very keen to get his money on completion and did not return (after we made an appointment with him) to complete some promised finishing off.
