I did my best to bring my business, literally in this case, too your door Rockshop. Why bother advertising for customers if when they come you let them down so badly? Surely counting the till could wait 1 minute? I manage a sales staff of 18, I would be shocked to learn they stopped serving any paying customer, regardless of time, should they be on the doorstep. Real eye opener.
