7th October 2012 I filled out their online order form asking for one of their novelty cakes and communicated via numerous emails with them about the cake I wanted.
I was not in town for my father's birthday, I have only heard about and seen photos of the cake he received. It was delivered on time and supposedly tasted good, which you get a 1 star rating for, but the cake delivered was not the cake I ordered!
As it was my father's 60th birthday I wanted a novelty cake for him, but the cake he got was totally different to the novelty one I had requested. I emailed them regarding the matter but never heard back. I guess it is easier to ignore than to provide decent customer service.
