Still had no contact from GDR and I am not blayning anyone but waiting for over 4 months to get a replacement spring for my garage door is outrageous. Perhaps they should post it to me and I'll put it in.

The website mentions prompt reliable service. I have been waiting over two months for new springs for my garage door despite several phone calls, emailing and a text message all to no avail. I have had no contact from them at all. Not happy.
