1st August 2008 Idiens were unable to help me with getting my job done as it was outside the scope of thier capabilities, my job is complex :) ; however in saying that they were an absolute pleasure to deal with, were forthcoming with providing information about processes making them a very transparrent and honest vendor, If I needed work done that fell into thier area of expertise regardless of if they were slightly more expensive than thier opposition I would deal with them solely on the basis that they come across as competent, honest and reliable, a real customer service oriented company.
