5th December 2012 We are currently trying to get power reconnected and have rung the helpline at least 6 times. We get different people every time and have to explain the situation again. They say they cannot help us and we just have to wait until the contractor arrives which they say they cannot contact! Their customer service should be more proactive and helpful, at least offering solutions or alternative options.
