-5 Run a mile. Even though DISGUSTINGLY dirty unkept, unmanaged, unsafe, dark, dingy, smelly and with a "institution" feel to it (converted Primary School into accomodation done badly) the terms were at least reasonable 1 week in advance. Unlike other lodges in Mangere, Otahuhu, Favona which had 4 weeks bond and were even more dispicable places. The room shown to me could be smelt before entry (as was the bathroom) inside a bare dirty double bed with mattress (you have to supply everything yourself towels, linen, life support. Shocking state of affairs. Needless to say I stayed in my hotel.
