We are a voluntary group which provides telephone support and information to women and their families who are experiencing post/ante natal distress.

We provide face to face counselling, 8 week therapy groups with childcare provided, a regular newsletter.

We have a website with information about post and ante natal distress and links to other useful sites.

We support the community and health professionals with information, support and education.

You can contact the service 24/7 and a message will be relayed to the coordinator who will ring back between 9am - 9pm
