My house is two years old and comes with a 10 year Master builders guarantee. I had to recently make a claim because I cannot get my car into my garage due to poor workmanship. Everything was done via email and about two days after me submitting the claim I received an email from Master builders quoting a sub section from the builders guarantee saying drive-ways are not included and there was nothing they can do. As far as I can see the guarantee isn't worth the paper it's written on. Beware.
