23rd March 2014 Sunday night, miserable conditions outside so I decided to order pizza online. $30 for 3 pizza's and 2 sides was a great deal so I grabbed 2, placed my order and within 5 minutes it was placed and my the money taken out of my account.
That's where the positive experience ended. Firstly there was a 1 hour wait time which was understandable given the conditions. 1 hour and 25 minutes later the delivery arrived and all was about to be forgiven until they forgot 3 of the pizzas!
I decided to call the store but no one picked up. I called the 0800 83 83 83 number and the person on the other end said they could do nothing for me and that they will lay a complaint.
3 pizza's down, no one picking up the phone so I decided to go in and see what the deal was. Upon arrival I was met with further customers also demanding their orders which had been incomplete or incorrect.
Finally after 3 hours I had received the 3 pizzas I was missing and pizza hut made up for it by offering me a free jumbo size upgrade on one of them and throwing in garlic bread and onion rings.
The whole thing was a fiasco and I wouldn't recommend this store after all its failings. Get Domino's, it may be cheap and nasty but it arrives on time.

7th October 2010 Pizza is good, I've been loving the spinach and feta lately. Only problem is the waiting times (especially on a friday night!), and the store is a bit dreary and small, only good thing is the big tv for when you have to wait a while...
