12th September 2012 A pleasure to deal with. Fast, supplied exactly what I wanted, reasonable price. Took only 2.5 days from my initial email inquiry to getting the brushes in my hand in a rural location. Well done guys.

21st July 2012 his service and pricing is outstanding!! I explained the problem and sent the 2 worn brushes with their mounting to him. they are non standard and must be manufactured specially for this job. 48 hrs later they were back. compared to other companies I expected 7 to 10 days for the same job. the same brushes as genuine spare-parts cost 200$ - he charged me 45$. I will recommend him to all service personnel of my former employer - the University of Canterbury as the perfect source for these services.

15th March 2011 The brushes in my Nissan Mistral ventilation blower motor had worn out. For less than the cost of a secondhand blower motor, ICB fashioned replacements. I sent my brush carrier with old brushes off last Friday. The newly crafted brushes with fly leads and reattached original connector spades arrived Tuesday morning. I could not be more delighted with Independent Carbon Brush,, and recommend electrical trades people consider using ICB to provide brushes to recondition motors, especially when OEM parts are unobtainable.
