15th August 2012 What a shame. Such a lovely selection of giftware, in a nice setting. However, as the other review suggested- the owner was brisk to the point of rudeness. Clearly NOT a Barista, either. I really wanted to enjoy my coffee here, but didn't due to the appalling lack of customer service! I would like to suggest for the future that the owner works on her customer service skills.

4th December 2011 French Blue is a lovely wee giftware and coffee shop. Unfortunately the customer service is appauling. Recently a girlfriend and I popped in to have a cup of tea and do some Christmas shopping. We had our babies with us, which goes to say we obviously had prams. The Manager/Owner (??) asked us to get the prams out of the way and then rudely followed on to say she wasn't equpped for buggy's. When my friend mentioned she might like to pop a sign up stating as much she confronted her and therefore we took our business elsewhere. It wasn't as much what she was asking of us but rather the absence of her manners and customer service. Shame on you French Blue, we were really disappointed and word of mouth goes a long way. So in conclusion if you're a mother (especially one with a pram) you might like to shop and coffee elsewhere
