Bad experience over the phone, called in to get something done to my car on Monday and got told just to come in on Saturday and everything will be sweet, didn't need to book or anything just come in. But luckily I decided to call in on Saturday morning to see if everything was still okay and got told that they were busy all day and didn't have time. My suggestion for Spec 2 is to have some sort of booking system that way on Monday they could've told me they we're going to be busy on Saturday instead of telling me just to come in and waste my time that way I could've set up another time or looked else where. I heard their work was good but their service over the phone is terrible.
