4th September 2012 Have to rate the service dept highly - they've serviced several of my cars, not all Holdens either, and they're always ready on time, nicely cleaned, and if there's anything that needs to be done outside of the initial check over and quote the staff are meticulous about calling and explaining and getting my OK before going ahead. No nasty surprises when you collect the vehicle!
16th September 2013 Holden dealers in NZ need to wake up to customer service. We bought an SS from Schofields, paid for a "factory tow Kit' and discovered later that the trans oil cooler was never fitted. They got Karamu Holden in Napier to fit and we had two breakdowns due to poor installation. Scholfields did nothing to help us and Karamu spun a story to dodge having to pay for their mistake. Sold the car and will NEVER own another. Despite acknowledging their mistakes no one was prepared to pay our costs or fix a damaged car.

8th March 2011 Totally disappointed, Own from new Holden Calais now 4 years old had to have two water hoses replaced - Out of guarantee I am told ! Then the hit of $400 dollars plus for replacement , I complained.that at 4 years and 45 K miles not on , asked for consideration from them or Holden They advised they could not
change price of hoses as they had to stick to Holdens prices! Admittedly
they approached Holden who refused any consideration!
