We brunched here on Saturday. I had the Moroccan eggs and my bf had the lamb wrap. We were both SUPER impressed by the food. The eggs were delicious and if I lived in Auckland this would be my favourite brunching place. We also both had a strawberry bellini (yum!). Great food, good service. Would highly recommend!

My partner and I, dine in here last Friday and I love the food and coffee here! The service was fantastic as well as the taste of the food. We were really surprise with the portion of the food as it was really generous. We also went to Bubble Lounge, which was just next to it. That place is just amazing and we had some drinks there too, I am really impress with the wine list and the bar man which actually took time to explain the wine we ordered. Love the place and will surely come back again.

My husband and I went to Mecca on Sunday afternoon after the lunch rush. We were very disappointed. We were seated immediately however it took 15 minutes to have our order taken. Drinks arrived first, then starter 15 minutes later. My husband had the squid, which he said was nice, I had the buffalo mozzarella with tomatoes, unfortunately it was very bland and required multiple shakes of salt and pepper. Ordered another drink, whilst eagerly awaiting main course. After waiting an hour, 15 min from point of ordering, we still hadn't received our main meal. I asked the waiter how much longer we would have to wait, he checked and came back to say it would be another 5 minutes as there "had been a mix up". 10 minutes later, we still had no main course. We decided at this point, that we'd been waiting far longer than what was acceptable. We told the waiter we'd pay for our drinks and starters but not the mains. He was very apologetic. Unfortunately the same could not be said about the duty manager. He really didn't give a damn, couldn't even make eye contact and was more interested in drinking bubbles with the young waitress out the back. His last comment to us without a hint of sarcasm was, "thank you, see you again". Um, no actually you wont.

Fantastic place for Breakfast and oh what a view as well. A place I bring internationals to have breakfast. Try the mushrooms and chorizo with potatoes (a special treat for sure).

Mecca is Mecca is Mecca is Mecca. They're all the same but this one's the best located by the water in the Viaduct. Perfect for brekkie, just be sure to order the fruit salad and the muesli if it's the morning after.

Still the best place for breakfast in the viaduct - you can never fault the food or the service. Great Eggs Benedict!
