- Preparation of evacuation documentations to the NZ Fire Service approved standard.
- Developing building evacuation processed and standards individual to each client and production requirement.
- Providing classroom style warden training based on the core subjects required by the regulations, we ensure each client's own evacuation processed are included. All courses are presented by qualified adult instructors in a way all staff can understand. If you wish we also have internet training available.
- Managing, auditing and reporting on the ongoing evacuation rehearsals and trials. Plus we provide suggestions to ensure our clients evacuation processed meet the standards required.
Warden Training Courses
All options have proof of training provided to the client, and students receive a Certificate of Attainment after completing the self test question paper to the standard required. To arrange training at your venue call our HQ on 09-2961175 to finalise the details.
We includes lessons learned from real emergency events in our training to ensure our students are better equipt for emergency events.
Lynn is one of only 12 Evacuation Consultants who have met the stringent requirement of the Fire Protection Assn New Zealand.
The Civil Defence and Emergency Management experience and qualifications are from specialised training at Disaster and Civil Defence Colleges in New Zealand, Australia, Canada and United States of America, plus 13 years New Zealand Civil Defence experience as a volunteer, trainer and senior management levels.
Among other skills Lynn has gained the specialised knowledge to prepare and assist communities and business affected by natural, man made and technological disasters and emergencies. This has given Lynn operational experience in two New Zealand Civil Defence emergencies plus numerous table top and other disaster simulations overseas on actual scenarios.
Lynn has been overseas on disaster assignments and speaking tours. This has allowed him to learn first hand from those who have experienced disasters, lots of those intangible things which handicapped businesses and citizens, during and after many different types of community emergencies.
