11th December 2015 Wiltshire has undergone a change of management and a change of name: it's now Bainswood On Victoria. It has adequate staffing, including a team of registered nurses, and the staff are professional and caring. I know this because we placed my 93 year-old mother there in June 2015. We (and she) are very happy with the standard and quality of care, and believe that we would not find better anywhere else.

15th July 2009 It is not our policy to respond to anonymous complaints, especially when the complainant has been misinformed. Should anyone wish to understand how we have become an Aged Care Provider with an excellent reputation, and would wish to see some of our client testimonials on file, and view items gifted and named by past clients, we would be only happy to show you. For all enquires contact Margaret (03 313 6055), Julie (313 2805) or Leanne (310 7040).

18th November 2008 While visiting an old friend, I heard residents pushing bells for assistance. I only saw 2 staff assisting up to 30 residents.
One caregiver was sweating profusly while ducking from room to room trying to keep all happy.
I commented that usually I see more staff around. Carer commented that they had lost a worker and felt this was all to do with penny pinching.
Wiltshire Rest Home are also no longer providing the basics like prunes. lemonade and cheese.
Glasses are half filled if milk or juice is asked for on breakfast trays.. Residents are not allowed any more than half a wine glass of wine with wkly roast!
At $740 wkly for room rental, I think this is disgusting!!
I will be looking to find the legal requirements in regards to the exceptable staff / resident ratios.
Only the residents will suffer Wiltshire managment!
